How It Works

  • 1. Register Account
  • 2. Complete "Interview"
  • 3. Make Payment
  • 4. Talk to Attorney
  • 5. Deliver Documents
The registry creates your unique log-in information. The contact information requested is strictly for internal use. All of your submitted information is transmitted to our SSL secure server utilizing 128-bit encryption.
The "Interview" is the question and answer part of the process and is where we customize your Will or Trust Package for your unique situation. The Interview is fully "context sensitive" -- meaning, you will only be asked questions which are relevant to you based on your answers to prior questions. Each question has detailed instructions in the "Help" section at the bottom of the Interview screen.
Accept our legal services agreement, then pay for your will or trust package. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover; we accept both credit and debt cards. The payments are processed by Authorize.net, one of the largest credit card processors in the world and all information is sent via SSL utilizing 128-bit encryption. We do not maintain or store any of your credit card information.
Within 1 business day of completing your "Interview," you will be contacted by a licensed attorney who will generally explain estate planning concepts to you, review your answers and ensure they correctly reflect your intent, customize the trust package documents accordingly, and answer any questions you may have.
Once the trust is signed, dated and witnessed (or acknowledged by a Notary Public), it is in full force and effect; neither the trust nor the will need to be recorded or filed with any governmental entity (although the deed transferring real property is usually recorded with the County Recorder). You're done!
